Program Overview

Program Overview

Referred youth ages 7-17 are matched with trained volunteers from our community who serve as Mentors. The program provides youth with a supportive, positive relationship to help them grow and thrive.

Serving Routt and accepting referrals in Moffat County.

Role of Mentor

Program Overview

A Mentor serves as a friend, advocate, and role model to the Mentee, helping guide them through personal and social challenges while fostering positive growth through activities such as:

  • Partners sponsored group activities
  • Partnership decided activities (Skiing, reading, biking, bowling, lunch, etc.)

Commitment: Mentors work with youth for an average of 3 hours per week for at least one year.
