Community Based Mentoring

Community Based Mentoring

Community Based Mentoring

Community-Based Mentoring program provides one-to-one mentoring to youth, ages 7 to 17 who could benefit from having another trusted adult in their life. Each youth mentee is carefully matched with an adult volunteer mentor that is recruited, screened, trained, and supervised by a Partners Case Manager.
