Partners for Youth Scholarship

• A youth who resides in Routt or Moffat County graduating or has graduated from high school, or earning a GED.
  
• Prior participation in a Partners for Youth program (Mentoring, Youth Action Council).
  
• Enrollment or planned enrollment in postsecondary education, including:
  • College or university (2 or 4 year)
  • Vocational or trade school
  • Professional certification program
    
• Preference may be given to applicants demonstrating financial need.
