
The School-Based Mentoring (SBM) program follows a one-to-one model, where mentors support ten referred “target” students academically, emotionally, and socially to foster their overall well-being.

The Mentor is a part-time, paid staff member who supports students in the school environment, both inside and outside the classroom.
They help create a safe, consistent space where students feel seen and supported through activities such as:

Peer Mentoring is available to schools on an as-needed basis.
Our dedicated Mentoring Team can deliver Peer Mentoring alongside a School-Based Mentoring (SBM) program, or—if a full SBM program isn’t possible—we can offer Peer Mentoring as a stand-alone option.
